      Nothing in my junk folder … looks like they just haven't sent anything. I contacted them via ebay, let's see what their excuse is.

    To all who have not receive their code.
    I rang Dan Murphy and they told me I have to contact ebay.
    So I go to eBay Customer Service "Contact Us" section and key in any topic (since nothing will match our situation) that enables me with a phone 1800 322 928 and a one time pass code.
    I then talked to a eBay staff and she give me the code on the phone. I also requested her to send to me electronically in case the code isn't work.
    Now I am browsing through their listing to see what I can spend it with.

      Just a heads up, there are a problem with the eBay system in issuing the digital code for it to appear on the My eBay section. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. Don't worry as we have found your name on the list of members not able to receive the code during the issuance date and has provided it to you right now.

      Got through to the ebay operator who wouldn't give me the code. He said he has to sent the inquiry to the marketing team and they will contact me?

    I got my code through web chat, and was able to use it successfully.

    Go to Contact Us, pick Buying, then 'an item I was bidding on is gone'. Then you can pick the chat support option.
