    Shaker and straps are pretty much worthless. Better off waiting for a sale on pre workout elsewhere and get a better price on a similar formula elsewhere or in another brand.

      Shaker maybe but I was looking to get straps for my deadlifts… c4 was something I wouldn't mind trying either?

      Any reason why the straps would be useless?

        "pretty much worthless" = cheap junk. You can get the straps or a shaker - unbranded - for a dollar or two on ebay from China. In any event, I prefer the figure 8 type for the straps :)

        The c4 is fine, but not an amazing deal as it can be had for around $50 delivered usually.

        Cheap straps feel like crap & are hard on your hands. I got some spud straps & they are awesome for heavy shrugs and other back work

        Buy yourself some chalk and use either a hook grip or mixed grip. I prefer using hook grip but its quite painful the first few times you use it but you get use to it quite quickly.

      The expiry date is August 2018 for majority of them :)
