      Hi Steptoe, yes there is. It was tested in Australia Standard before they can publish this data sheet. There is also test result that was done by TAFE as a project to prove the consumption saving and performance.

        As others have said, those "data sheets" give very vague statistical claims with no way of verifying them (who did the independent studies? What size was their sample base? Who supervised their work? How long ago was the trial? What were the full results?) If the product really did what you say it does and did it well, the data from the testing results alone would be a good sales testimony. Instead it's vague, cherry-picked fluff, which you generally only do when the data set doesn't back up your claims.

        Not only that, but it's a scanned copy of a printout, which doesn't help my confidence level.

        You say it "was tested in Australia Standard before they can publish this data sheet" - which standard numbers? What tests? Where were thsoe tests done? Who did them? Where's its certification?

        It's a total crock.

    If you are asking people to come and pick up you should just make it for free, people need to drive around to your place and still have to paid to try your product?

    Here is ozbargain so this for me don't fit in the word deal as being a ozbargainer.

      Greatest apologies that we are unable to make it a deal as ozbargain. We would love to make it free for all to try but at this moment, we are unable to do so. The $2 is basically just to cover cost price for the sample and packaging. Our sales representative is most located in those areas so they would be able to delivery around that area.         That measn you sample only worth $2 and the actually product you are try to sell it for a high margin.

        I dont know if the contain going to harm the car to boost the performance as it is only worth $2.

        Better stay away.

          The sample is just for customer to try out. It is the same product but in small amount that our team has decided the amount is sufficient to allow users to see the difference with and without it. We try our best to allow customer try product at lower cost which why we came out with sample launch in NSW. After trying the sample, the customer can decide if they want to purchase the product or not. Totally up to their decision.

      Do not get us wrong. The petrol station does give the required additive the Government has implemented. Being the min requirement, there is always room for improvement. That's where the additive comes in.

        snake oil isnt an additive.
        MTBE but you dont add it to everyday fuel.

          We are running PT5 and DT5 respectively on car depend on fuel type. We are also putting the MBL8 into car engines. One major thing, our sale rep notice for our diesel car is that the car starts up better. (that's just they feel about it). It is very argumentable cause people say it our sale rep. That's why we let the product do the talking with sample launch.

          The tests you are mention has been done by the manufacturer according to Standards and we have copy of tests. Our marketing team decided that to prevent boring people with heaps and heaps of data which not many people will want to read, we decided to put up only the data sheet for easy readable and summary of the main content people want to know. Nonetheless, should anyone meet with our rep and require to see those test, we will glad provide them information that they seek.

          what was the KW power difference between the use of your product and the non use of it? as you claim better performance.
          also what is the change in distance traveled with 1 L of your treated fuel and 1 L or untreated fuel?

    Worst way to do a trial ever. Link is to a photo of a flyer. Info on the flyer takes you to their Facebook page, scroll down to mention of this offer. Go to a hastily built site about it. Click on the Order tab which has a link to yet another site - which does have mention of the product among the Aloe Vera crap. Looks no different to any similar product at your local Supercheapauto (or similar) and at $35 litre I'll give it a miss,.

    Limited to the first 50 claims. Correct link is this and you still have to ring them (I think).

      As for why the order link is on another site. It is because you will be buying directly from the manufacturer.

      The manufacturer has a few divisions which produces many different type of range, thus explain why you saw Aloe Vera Product. It is their website, so we do not have much control over it. We are mainly focusing on the fuel additive sample launch which is the performance product as mention in the subject.

      As for what is the different between our product and what you can get from Supercheapauto and other auto shop. I would say let the product do the talking. As the product would only sell as well as how good it performs, rather than marketing talk.

      The sample additives are currently limited to 50 for our first trail launch. If the response is good, we may try to increase the number of samples.

        I would say (since the Redex trials in the 50's) these kinds of products largely sell based on the marketing. The key is to sponsor some kind of moronic motor sport that appeals to the great mass of yobs out there - regardless of actual performance of the product.

      At this moment, our reps are located in NSW only. We will definitely look at expanding in future. On the side note, you are able to purchase a bottle on the website. The dose is very little like 1000litre fuel for one 1 litre bottle (diesel) and 625 litre fuel for one 500ml bottle (petrol). Based on our calculation, you will save approx 10cent per litre after taking into account of the additive cost.

      The sample that is given out is for 25 litre of fuel testing. So that you can compare your normal drive with and without it.

          Diesel is 25ml to 25 litre
          Petrol is 20ml to 25litre

      The samples are only available in NSW at this moment cause our sales reps are running around in NSW. I will forward your request to our department to see if they can do postage to Perth. As it is flammable goods, you may be paying more for postage than for the sample. Hence I would recommend that if you would like give a try, it would be better of buying a bottle directly from the manufacturer which makes it more worth your while. I am confident with the saving you will get from it.

    Good luck trying to work out if it has any benefit based on 25 litres (not even a tank full)! Ridiculous. I reckon a better approach would be first of all sell the stuff at a competitive price, then offer a coupon to get $10 off that.

      In this sample launch, we are catering to the most people who rather try a small sample before getting a whole bottle. Yes the product being that good, we are confident that you can see the different if you compare 25 litres of fuel usage with and without it. So far till date, we have people coming back to us after using the sample products as they saw consumption increase after the additive was finished.
