Went to Masters Knoxfield VIC today.
Was going to buy this camping starter kit which was marked down from $89 to $59.
At the checkout, it scanned in as $41.30.
They did have signs around stating an additional 30% off selected items.
I personally think this is excellent value for a standing 2 burner and also a lamp.

Too fragile…..they never used to last before I clumsily broke them
value for the price but agree once you get some 12v LED lights, or even battery powered ones, you don't use the gas lantern
I've got both and I use both. I use the gas lantern for outside and led lights for inside the tent.
The sound, smell and "experience" of the gas lantern still brings backs memories of camping with my parents as a kid. The nostalgia is why I still use it.
i never use my gas lantern anymore. I don't even bother to take it with me camping.

Obviously depends on your style of camping but after using these gas lamps for many years we've switched to a few AA LED lanterns and headtorches and found the light much better around the camp…not having the noise of the LPG lamp all night is a real bonus too.
