    • Yes cannot see mine either

    • +3

I don't have an American express card & I see it

      • You can see it in the connect page, but after you login through connect, The 7 Eleven offer is not in the offers tab. The other offers are showing though.

  • +1

Perhaps update the title and remove the 7-11 one. It isn't showing up for me either. The others all work fine.

  • Only got the Hienemann (dammit not going overseas any time soon) and the Cracka Wines one appearing in my account.

    "Spend $20 & Get $5 Back, Up to 2x @ 7-Eleven"
i feel 7/11 is so overprice so not really a good deal, guys?

    • How about their Coffee?, fuel prices are normal and many other things.
The fact that they are open 24/7, they have to be pricey.

      • thanks but i dont drink coffee prefer milk tea or ice chocolate

      • Can you top up your Myki?

      • +1

You gonna buy $20 worth of coffee at once?

you are not that special mate. sorry to ruin your tuesday

  • Tivoli cocked up on both their minimum spend (needs to be halved) and their everyday prices (ebay is cheaper)

    Way to fail hard.

  • +3

Awesome timing on the duty free cashback, my sister works for Qantas so gets 10% off anyway and this will stack :-)

always there is a deal for someone, somewhere, somehow. amazing!

    • You need to get her to flash her ID though!
So unless you're with her, you'll need to get her to buy it and pay with a registered AMEX card.

p.s. did you know that ID gets her discounts at many airports worldwide too? You just show your ID and you're likely to get it on almost anything, everywhere. Sometimes they say you have to be in uniform, or you have to be a local staff member, but there's no harm asking.

      • yeh I'm heading to NZ with her next week so it work nicely. Just flashes her ID and thats it, sometimes they even say don't worry about it as she's looking for it

  • +3

I contacted AMEX who advised that the displaying of the 7-Eleven offer is an error and is not a current offer.

    • -1

Probably it is supposed to be " Spend $20 and get $15 back ". Let's wait and see.

    • edit. found contact online form

  • +4

FYI: Co-op Code from previous deal (CRM42210) is still valid for 10% off.

    • Thanks.

  • I've heard 7-11 petrol is of poor quality. Anyone comment?

    • Yea I think it's 7/11…

Kidding. Not familiar. Will let someone else reply, but I've always been under the impression all petrol is the same across all brands (i.e. All E10 is rubbish, all octane 98 is good)

      • +1

People I trust say they don't get as good mileage when they pump at Mobil, United, or 7-11, and already Caltex is starting to suck.

    • It is good to question the value of what you purchase. But it is also good to question what others tell you. I don't know where I'm going with this.

    • A ridiculous assertion - all petrol is sourced from large refineries that test their product to exacting standards. Transport is similarly professionally handled. The only realistic possibility for fouling of petrol would be sediment or water getting into the tank before or after delivery and that would be specific to the geographic location and not a chain of stores.

Fuel quality is regulated by the Fuel Quality Standards Act 2000 and the government runs a compliance program involving random sampling as well as sampling at sites where a consumer complaint has been received.

I worked at an oil major for about five years. I'd say… Be very wary about non brand names. 7-11 is aligned with Mobil and thus held to their standards.

  • Anyone got a manual link for the Langtons spend $300 get $150 back?
    Thanks

    • I signed up for it I'll whatsapp you

      Can't find manual link though

      • There's no manual link for it if it's Platinum/Centurion specific unless they made another oopsie like last time with the Space Furniture offer…

  • for the 7/11:

We're sorry, this offer is no longer available, however you can find more great offers below.

  • For the Crack wines I enrolled both my AMex Platinum Charge card, and my ANZ Frequent Flyer AMEX. But now I see that neither has rebated me the $20. Any clues what I should do? I only used the manual link, and seemed to be successful in registering. But I dont know if my amex accounts listed it as an offer to me.

    • In case anyone else is ever affected like this:-
I got a fast & positive result for both contacts. For ANZ I sent a message through Amex Connects, and for Amex Platinum I sent a 'secure message' after logging into my Amex Plat. account.
