These are good, the over ear are much better if you can find them for a similar price. I have both.

That's an unusual request, what's the dowry? Is there a bargain to be had here?

        • Oh oh you should see her :)

Your headphones should suffice for Mike Dowry

        • @Morty: whoa whoa.. Who's this Mike guy? Is this some kind of buy one get one free deal? Sorry man, polygamy is not my thing…

  • Any deals on the M2 Wireless AEBTs ?

    • I wanted 1 but the cons aren't worth it…
Ebay has a bunch for $500

Cheaper if you're after on ears

      • What are the cons?

        • Noise canceling on 24/7, can't turn them off, mic will pick up noise if one side of the room is noisy like a Fan or air conditioner so volumes on each ear will be different and it can't connect to it's own Sennheiser BTD-500 USB dongle >_>

Previous faults were the BT connections (which is fixed by now) and I'm still unsure if the paint peeling has been rectified or not, can see pics of them from amazon.
Someone on youtube mentioned can't use them too while charging?
If plug headphone jack in, all BT connection will disable so you can no longer hear your phone call if u connect it to lets say a 3ds or something… and since it's noise cancelling… we can't notice the ring?

I dunno… its really up to u if you're okay with it, head-fi says sound quality more is more on par with Momentum 1's than 2 as well but it's $500+ and should be perfect by now!

How did they screw up so hard after making the MM550x~

        • @Zeral:

I dont know, I got the QC35's and I think they sound perfectly fine, yet the audiophiles will have me believe they're total crap compared to the Senny's. Given there's a $300 difference the I'd expect so, but I've only compared QC35 to this one (Wired) Momentum 2 from JB and that was with their demo reel, I wasnt able to plug in my phone and test and it did sound better but not THAT much. Even so would like to at the very least try the Senny M2 AEBTs before committing but have yet to find a place that will let me.

My QC35 does a little of what you mention in regards to ANC always on, BT cutting off when using cable etc so the Senny's dont sound all that bad. Paint peeling is a bit of an issue, I'd expect that to be rectified by now.

        • @BargainKen:
Didn't know you already had an Qc35.
Stick with it… $500 for very little difference like you said, don't need to listen to the mob and spend more… Heck you could've been so close to getting a real flagship $1k headphone if don't throw it away on the M2 wireless.

Qc25 ranked 9-10 so the qc35 shouldn't be that bad.

        • @Zeral:
only spent $30 on it as I had a bunch of useless CC points accumulated and only place I could use them was Myer (which I never go to these days) and they also had that 15% off sale

I could hear subtle differences with the M2, but it wasnt THAT pronounced and it was on the wired version. If the M2 is worse then the wired (I only intend to use it in BT mode anyway) then im really not sure but would like to listen for myself. The B&O H8's were also $800 but they sounded really good. Too bad about it being on-ears only though. ANC wasnt that great either (how can it be as an on-ear?)

  • Reward code is expired

  • Customers who bought this apparently also bought Yamaha headphones…. so which one is complete rubbish?

    • sorry yamaha. I trust Sennheiser more.
