The Division Xbox One/PS4 < $20.00 @ Costco (Membership Required)

210

Heya Oz Bargainers~~

I recently shop at Costco last night and I saw Tom Clancy's The Division for $19 something (sorry don't know where is my receipt) for the xbox one so I picked one up and ask them to check if they have the PS4 version which they did but without the case….well I bought that too as they gave me a discount overide price.

Now….just to wait for the weekend to test it and hope its a good game
Note: It says it needs internet (I think xbox live/PS PLUS too) connection to play on the cover.

Hope you guys can get a copy of it at other Costco and its better to call b4 going to see if its Costco nationwide.

Lets keep the gaming community happy and affordable :) since we can't buy cheap games like in the states (e.g. amazon used) but thank god we got gumtree ….lets hope they don't run off with your games/console.

Reviews might as well ^_^

  • Just called North Lakes, no stock, told it was deleted.

  • Ps+ required to play?

    • Don't buy if you won't get PS+

    • Yes. There is no offline mode.

  • Just got off the phone to someone at Moorabbin and they said no stock there. There is some at Ringwood and Docklands for you guys near there.

  • For that price just the story mode alone will make it well worth it

    • +1

such an average story so repetitive was fun the first couple of hours though

      • Yeah but some of the later missions - the napalm site, the one where you go through the train and guard the top building and the last mission are great fun

        • oh the last mission was frustrating as hell ahha

OK see you guys in the weekend for those who are getting, all I need is 5 people in a team to form Voltr…….nevermind OZBARGAIN TEAM!

  • Any good price on PC?

    • If I am not mistaken, Costco only sells xbox, ps4 and wii u games

  • not bad price but the dlc is where it's going to hurt ;)

Beware, I got to a point in this game (main story level cap, lvl 50 dark zone) where the magic wore off suddenly, I rubbed my eyes, looked around in disbelief and thought to myself "f*** it!, you've done it again you idiot!", gamers remorse hit me like a brick after realising it's a meaningless time sink/repetitive grind to the top, I quickly got rid of it and vowed never again to play a game that plays me… I said that after Destiny too

I hear Rise of Iron is out soon. More time sinking?

      • I'm resisting, but the son keeps bugging me about pre-ordering!

        • I haven't found a store that takes a pre-order for Rise of Iron. Strange but JB Hi-Fi and EB Games don't have it listed on their site for online delivery at all.

        • @BargainJunkie:
Sorry, I meant the download version on USPSN.

  • Didn't see any at Ringwood.
