Thinking of getting the Bravista Latte+. Do you recommend Saeco?
I've bought two Saeco machines and both have been excellent and still going. The fully auto I bought has been in a small office for 5 years and has made thousands of coffees. Haven't had purchased one since they were taken over by Phillips.
A friend of mine spent $1500 on a DeLonghi PrimaDonna XS Deluxe coffee maker. If he uses anything but good beans, the coffee tastes like crap.
I know this doesn't help much, but, for these types of machines, reliability, temperature and the beans are all extremely important. According to productreview, this unit (the Saeco) does a good job.Being a cheapskate, I stick of Moccona sachets. I've shared this coffee with quite a few people. All of them compliment me on my secret homebrew and usually ask me for some when they visit. Either my friends are extremely polite, or Moccona tastes pretty good :)
Absolutely, my old Saeco has been a champion for about a decade now…it started leaking a while back, but a quick service (only really properly cleaning the brew unit) got it back into shape.
We get pod machines for the office because clinicians! ;)

Not a bad price, oddly reminiscent of the Caffitaly S22, which is a great little machine…we grabbed one for the office when they were half price @$99.
