jv please use some common sense. OP is referring the to LEGO set "Rey's Speeder" but he's incorrectly called it "Rey's Scooter".

It could also be called a scooter. As in electric bike scooter, Vespa scooter. All variations of a bike
So the Op could have easily seen this as a scooter where as someone older defines scooter as the razor type, 2 wheel and platform.
JV could have used common sense and rather than ask for the link, said.

The way the title was written appeared to be a sale for a scooter and discounted LEGO, but none of the links showed a scooter…

To be fair, I myself took a look at the title, and started looking for the link to the $20 scooter, and glossed over the LEGO links. I have zero idea who Rey or Reys is, and I presumed that's a brand of scooter.
That said, I would rather pay $20 for a real scooter than a LEGO scooter. But that's just me.
