      I don't think we'll see the EVGA hybrids in AU for a while, they can't even fulfill their own pre-orders yet.

      The MSI hybrids are a pretty good price on Futu/ebay at ~$1180 after the discount.

    Will you guys be getting the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 Mini ITX OC 8GB? That's the card I'm really hanging out for. :P

    PCCasegear seem to be the only blokes in Aus with it, currently. I wanna see some competition. (AKA, a deal!)

      I really wish board partners would get the message about not adding colours and accents to their shrouds and back plates. Also: only use LEDs if I can change the colour or completely turn it off.

      I'd also add that MB manufacturers should stop adding gaudy stickers to their heatsinks, too.

    Thanks guys just purchased, could you clarify on the warranty policy for this?

    Site says 2 years RTB, so you guys will handle it and i won't have to ship it back to Galax directly?

    Do the Galax offer a 3 year warranty is it only 2? Most manufacturers seem to do 3 but i cant see any info under their support page.

      It's probably only 2, though I don't know. The top tier cards like EVGA, Gigabyte, Asus etc generally have 3 years. Lower tier manufacturers like zotac, galaxy, gainward etc tend to only have 2.

    If anyone is curious, apparently "Galax" is known as "KFA2" elsewhere in the world. There are a couple of reviews in German here:

    Overall seems to be well reviewed: good performance, good overclocking, pretty quiet cooler. One of the sites mentioned a con which Google didn't manage to translate very well: "Minimum coils fiepen in high FPS range" (was "Minimales Spulen fiepen im hohen FPS Bereich") - I suspect this translates to coil whine? Anybody know for sure?

    Good price if you live in Melbourne and Perth. Works out about $20 less to my local Umart. Waiting for the GTX 1070's to sell for $500 with shipping. The way the prices have been dropping on Amazon, I'm sure that won't be too far away.

          I had the exact experience today, logged in and purchased before 9am to help them achieve despatch, but yeah got flagged….

          Their communication is very good though and they let me know it wasn't going to ship today, so I can deal with missing the weekend with a new shiny.
