    That is a good deal, but the normal price for this on steam is $99.99 USD, so its not really a 70% saving.

      I believe the two are slightly different.

      I believe the difference are Impulse has:
      - Supreme Commander
      - Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance
      - World of Zoo

      Steam has:
      - Warhammer 40K - Dawn of War II
      - Saints Row 2
      - Frontline: Fuel of War

      So apparently neither are really the complete/utimate pack as they claim ;)
