  What's the brand and warranty on them?

  I have an issue with one of my ATA roller door.

  The motor is 15 years old and probably needs replacing rather than repair, it's stuffed up a few times.

  The issue is that I want to replace the motor and use the existing remote. We have about 6 remotes and it controls 2 roller doors and a gate.

  Is it possible to replace the motor and use the program the existing remotes to work with the new motor?

    This is Automatic Remote Access brand. We manufacture our own motors and it comes with 7 year warranty if it is installed by us. You can definitely replace the motor with one of our units and keep the existing remote controls. All you need to do is purchasing a frequency receiver from us which can match the frequency of existing remotes with our unit.         Package one costs $495 fully supplied and installed plus GST. We do service your area and we have done a lot of jobs there. There is a small additional fee for frequency receiver installation.     Hello and thanks for your inquiry. We are based in Braeside and unfortunately we don't cover that area for the installation. Our unit is compatible with all type of roller doors up to 2.8m height and there is no reason that it is incompatible with roller doors. We only offer refunds if there is any issue with the motor operation.
