This is a limited edition console and should have more resale value than the $399 one which is not a Sony bundle, just a bundle the retailer is doing.
It was $399 at JB some time ago however.

With the alleged leak of the PS4 Slim this morning, any potential buyers might want to wait until the 7th/8th of September for a possible price drop on the 'phat' PS4 console.
still a pretty good deal considering only two weeks ago we saw a lesser valued deal gather 90+ votes.

No. It's a limited edition console, the game is packaged in the box, most likely with a "cannot be sold separately" label.
So the deal is essentially Presto, 6 months for $19.
