Interim local sourced cheap (but quality) phone

LG G4 just died tonight
Going to be lost without my phone(currently using girlfriends iPhone to post) we don't yet have fixed Internet and I need my phone to basically do what a laptop does, so the cheap 3GPixie phone we got for the 12 year old is probably going to frustrate me to no end

While the LG G4 is getting repaired, or if I spend out more and get another late model phone, what's on special and available locally (HN/OW/Coles/wow etc) or with online with expedited freight, (without spending another large outlay) whilst finding a good deal or bargain?

Don't want to spend on a phone,like the Pixie, that's going to be a waste, without spending copious amounts just to get a crappy phone locally……any suggestions or ideas please??

    There is no such phone cheap as well as quality. Nothing to see here, move on.

    Do you have a laptop? if so, just get a cheap phone for tethering. Is there an eta on how long it will take to fix your Lg G4?

      G4 died last night
      Not heard back from supplier yet

      Other threads on here from members mention anywhere up to 3 months for repair and rtn.

      Thwre a lot of G4 getting sent back

      -under200 fpr.a workable 4g worthwhile.phone

      Any suggestions??

    see if MobileCiti has any deals. We bought a G3 a while back and it was a great price, shipping was really quick and the stock is Australian, not grey.

      Using borrowed 3g phone from 2012.
      HTC with 500mb RAM explorer A310 using android 2

      So frustrating after using 4g

      Hopefully can look.tonight at mobile.citi……prob wont get before weekend now
