Superhero Robot Hard Floor Sweeper $20 @ Godfreys

210

Saw a great deal on a robot sweeper (like a dustpan on wheels haha :P) at Godfrey's Townsville QLD. This robot has a rotating brush underneath to collect dust and dirt off the floor into a compartment to be disposed of with the push of a button. Visit page to see underneath the robot sweeper which shows exactly how it works. It is an in-store only item but it appears most locations still have stock. It is not a vacuum but the robot vacs are normally bare minimum $200. Godfrey's use to sell it for $69 according to a past deal "On a catalogue I received today they also have Superhero Robot Sweeper(godfreys.com.au) for $39 (currently still $69 on the website)." scotty on 15/07/2015 - 21:23

Whats the point of this? Wont it just sweep dirt and dust around your house and you end up still having to pick it up at the end?

It collects it too!! it just doesn't suck things into a bag (hence not a vacuum) but sweeps and collects it into a container inside the bot. The result is the same as what you'd get for a vacuum cleaner :)

    • I may not have had the best description here is the update "his robot has a rotating brush underneath to collect dust and dirt off the floor into an onboard compartment to be disposed of with the push of a button. Click "GO to deal" to see underneath the robo sweeper which shows exactly how it works."

I cant belive that people spend from $600 to $1500 for these useless, literally useless things, even cough cough dison and alikes cough cough vacuums struggle to clean up where classic vacuums with hard brush succeed. All in all the conclusion is that you'll have to bend over to get that spot clean.

      literally useless

bend over to get that spot clean

    • My vacuum cleaner cost $3200 but I pay a cleaner who brings their own.

Only has a 3 month warranty, they must have a lot of confidence in their product.

  • This is only a sweeper not a vacuum cleaner just so that everyone aware

I have one and its pretty darn amazing for $20!! It sweeps it up AND collects it away into a container INSIDE the sweeper (its pretty much a bagless vacuum cleaner!!) Thanks for posting this llead12!

I used to have this exact vacuum. It's decent enough for an apartment with wood floors - it doesn't have a good sense of direction, it just kinda bounces around randomly. Mine died after six months, but I think it's a good deal for $20.

    • Can you please tell me what sort of battery it uses? If it's a lithium battery I'd be pretty apprehensive about using it given its a no name Chinese model :S

      • Not sure about whether it says or not but for $20 its still pretty decent and more time to spend on other things :) not many products that aren't made in china nowadays :p

  • I bought one at cannington WA. No stock at canning vale
