Nutri Ninja Blender: Problem

We have problem in our "Ninja BL480NZ Nutri Ninja Blender with Auto-IQ NEW" which is just an month old.
We use it for 6mins total in a day two times for making smoothies ( which includes frozen strawberries, banana, pineapple, apple)

a Pro Extractor Blade has became loose (it moves up and down)

Anyone else having same issue with their unit?

Is it the frozen fruits or fruits which are hard causing this issue?

You reported it already two month here: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/259081
Not sure what do you hope to hear this time around. No, nobody is going to pack it for you and send for warranty replacement, you have to do it yourself.

    • thanks mate. Yes. Same issue re-occurred for the new replacement which I got a month before.
So I am curious to know the cause - why its breaking?

Wonder if its due to hard stuff - frozen strawberries, banana, pineapple, apple?

  • this is a known issue which the manufacturer still has not rectifiied.
the problem is not the blade,
its everything else that holds the blade
mounts, washers, seals etc… - rubbish parts
take it back for a refund
    buy another brand

    • Thanks, any link or reference for reading the discussion about this being a manufacturing defect?
