    Thanks got 10

    • welcome back B

    • said mutant octopus

  • A nice movement although would still prefer a proper German watch from Stowa (Marine Klassic 40) even with the 2824-2 movement for about the same dollars.

    • You sound like you know what you're talking about. Would you consider this deal to be a fashion-watch or a watch-watch?

      • +2

        With that movement and Swiss made I'd say watch-watch.

        • Yep the components are a watch-watch but the brand is a bit borderline imho

    • Stowa? My limited watch knowledge says "ww2 style pilot watch" still wish I had one…..

      • Yep, most known for thier pilot watch (flieger). The marine auto is based off thier original marine deck timepiece in 1943, so there's a bit of history in the brand if you're into that.

        Otherwise if you just want a good movement then this George Jenson will do.

        • lol, I'm weird I'd probably rather a seagull 1963 than this despite the lack of rep it would carry….

          @Forfiet:
          Each to their own!
          I personally own a few seagulls and love them too
