Yeah, which is a bit weird. A very small bag of chips, and a relatively large pot of gravox-style-gravy… What to do with all that excess gravy … ??? Personally I reckon a tiny little pot of sommat edible (i.e. FAUX mash-n-gravy) would be better than a disproportionately large 'tub' (excess) of gravy supplied with a few chips. But maybes I'm OVER-ANALYSING IT! ;)

Odd, I had no problems when I tried last month. When you sign up they send an email where you verify your email. Then they shortly send you another email saying it has been loaded on your account.
You can create a QR code with your membership numbers for scanning at the counter if you can not log in your mobile APP.
Or via Stocard APP,create an Red Rooster QR code in Oporto logo brand as Red Rooster one is barcode format,not QR format.

I think the credits are worth 6.66% of your purchase, which is low compared to Nandos and Boost's 10% card (buy 11 of the same thing and get one free, which is equivalent to $10 being worth $1 in credit).
The birthday meal was a quarter chicken and chips. You don't get choice of a meal like at Nandos. I don't even remember if a drink is included with it. I think it has to be claimed on your birthday exactly with no leeway. Nandos gives you the whole month to claim it.
has the rr bday meal changed that much from last year? i got a month to claim my meal and it was a choice of a flayva wrap + chips + 390ml drink or 1/4 chicken + chips + drink or something else.
Yes, this year was only a chicken meal to redeem. But IIRC had close to a month after to claim.
@kza2610: It doesn't activate until 00:01 on the day of your birthday. I used it a few months ago. The deal is Classic Quarter meal. You're correct, do have a month to use it once it's activated.

I clicked the link on their email and activated the account. Later I received an email saying : "So to thank you for becoming a member, we have loaded a $5 Welcome Voucher onto your account!". But when I look into my account the Red Royalty dollars still shows as 0.00 (not $5.00). Do I wait till it shows $5 to redeem it at the store?
Because it's not a credit as such, it's a voucher. Check your voucher/offers area.
don't worry, you never see your sign-up $5 in your credit. just tell the cashier you want to apply the $5 to your order. they'll be able to see it in their POS system

I check out "red royalty" and it turns out the $5 voucher has a $10 min spend.
I got told in-store today that the $5 voucher can not be used with any specials and is only for use with full price menu items. Thanks for confirming. I'm not going to go out of my way for it certainly but seeing how matter of fact and abrupt this person was about it I might push the point the next time I'm near. I have a friend who comes over and sometimes likes to do a trip to the Hungry Jack's next door to RR so I may take that opportunity. It's one thing if they shrug and say "sorry that was what I've been told, I can't do it" it's another thing when they have this smug "gotcha!" attitude about it. On second thoughts maybe I read the smugness wrong and she was just trying to force a smile.
