      sick to death of Pioneers

      I have had two now and both times ive been screwed by them.
      First one was a 2k system that was supposed to have a GPS unit released later so that I could add it to the system and they decided not to once everyone had bought them.

      Now I bought a carplay top of the line AVIC and its riddled with annoying little bugs. They refuse to take responsiblity for anything and to top it off they were selling it with the integration with your mobile phone and they seem to have given up on that feature and instead I get this stupid connect your phone app message all the time for an app that still hasnt arrived years after they promised it.

      No more pioneer for me :)

        Thanks for that, was considering trying to track down a AVH-X8750BT with this deal. Perhaps Android Auto/Car Play needs a bit longer in development at Pioneer.

        It's usable but annoying. Issues like CarPlay just freezing , the deck locking up , deck resetting , not even starting etc. crop up quite a bit.

        For a deck that cost me north of 2k I expect more.
