Telstra customers get various "Thanks" benefits.

Most recently I purchased Guns'N'Roses tickets in the pre-sale period which was nice as I got good tickets which were sold out before the regular sale process even commenced.

Telstra Thanks Thursdays

Telstra customers can enjoy one movie rental every Thursday, on us.
Choose from three each week and redeem with a unique code.

AFAIK a Telstra customer is defined as someone who has a Telstra home phone, Bigpond Internet and/or Telstra mobile phone.

You can get a code from 12pm midday every Friday and they can be redeemed at BigPond Movies between 5.30am and 11.59pm on the following Thursday.

  Seems like the Telstra thanks website is stuck in a loop. I've logged in but when I click "log in to get code" button it takes me back to the same page. When I navigate away I am still logged in.

    Try clearing your cache and cookies. I got my code no problem earlier today.

  Yes, been there since long. One issue that I faced was the Widevine Media Optimizer plugin doesn't work with the latest Chrome. Tried multiple options, but no luck.

  Very limited time to get them, watch them and very sub par quality movies. Ok, they're free, but I gave up after about a year looking each week - only bothered to watch maybe half a dozen and only one or two were worth the bother.

    Telstra call centre employees should be forced to watch the Telstra Thanks movies as punishment. Oh wait, maybe they already have.

  I was at the movies and there was an advert for Telstra rewards. It said you didn't even have to be a customer to join. Does anyone know about this? Thanks
