      Its like roulette dealing with DWI. I got sent a faulty nexus 5x from this deal and I submitted an RMA on the same day I opened it up. DWI won't even refund it because apparently their technicians think theres no problem at all. Have to open up a PayPal dispute. If you get a good phone then its awesome, but if anything goes wrong, you're on your own.

    Mine turned up on the 30th, it was just left in my mailbox no courier etc. Lucky no thieves were around!
    So now 11th October the phone has died. Well it refuses to boot……….. I have tried soft reset , hard reset etc but all I get is nada! Just a warm fuzzy screen of glow….. Me also Paypal dispute.

    Ban them from Ozbargain until they rectify this issue!!
