ok how much is the grey import ones?

    • +3

Hello eisniwre Xiaomi does not partner up with any 3rd party sellers as stated on this Q&A but I can confirm that we buy directly from Xiaomi and all of our Xiaomi products can be verified using the authenticating code.

Fellow ozbargainers have also helped to verify the authenticity of our power banks Comments from our last deal

  • +3

Hey Ozbargainers. Been waiting for a 20000mAh one. I'm pretty sure I would be too lazy to keep charging my powerbank. Should I go for their XIAOMI for 47.95 or wait for a cheaper ROMOSS? They seem to have express shipping for that one as well.

    • +2

i have romos and xiaomi, if i buy again i will take xiaomi for sure.
      as to why:
after a year or so, the xiaomi still perform normal, but now my romos charge very slow and cant keep up with the usage (if i keep using, the handset battery will not increase but actually decrease!)

      • +1

Are you sure that you are using the same cable that you are using for the Xiaomi on the Romoss as well?

        • +1

I think i used the original cable came from the power bank, always.

Hi Newbie here - is this not the same @ only AUD$19.95 free shipping? or am I missing something…
    https://www.zapals.com/geniune-xiaomi-mi-10000mah-power-bankā€¦

    • thats a good deal, thats cheaper than the actual Mi Store in China. I went last July.

      • You were probably talking about Xiaomi 10000mAh pro. The link is Xiaomi 10000mAh which is 69 RMB in China.

    • +2

We dont think they ship from australia although they advertise australia post This is what happens when you try to Checkout
No Australia post in sight…Free postage is from Netherlands post ( 15-20days )

      • +1

edit: removed as replied to wrong comment

      • +1

I actually just had ask (several times - with no response) for a refund on my powerbank purchase from zapals as they gave me a dud Netherlands tracking number.

        DO not trust them.

Now Im back on the Market for a QC 10,000mah charger - will you be able to do such a deal anytime soon OP?

        • +4

We will be posting a 20000mah version next but I will try my best to push the 10000 pro for a promotion after that!

        • @GearDo Australia:

Awesome, thanks OP! I will wait for you guys to post a deal - I'd rather support a local company anyday!

        • @Blorgglorg: thanks Blorgglorg!

        • Will the 20000 deal be xiaomi or some other brand?
Okay read more posts, just asking if the base 20000, not the pro?

  • +1

Dammit got this for $27.95 start of this month… probably should've waited, oh well… Good deal OP! :)

    • +1

Thanks stuhtb! We will be posting another 24hr Xiaomi deal next week.

      • +6

Cool, hope its the pro with QC :D

  • +1

    Hi Rep,
You should link this OzB deal to some Pokemon GO fan pages on FB.

      • +2

        Please do!

      • +3

Yes please do. I've been waiting for that one for ages and Mushtato never delivered their promised sale.

      • +1

        yes please!

      • +1

        Thanks mate I'll be waiting

      • ill buy a 20000mAh if you do a deal!

  • +1

Are these the same form factor as the older 10400mAh ones? Ie will it fit in my nice blue silicon case?

    • You can find the info you need and more here :) 10000mAh Mi Power Bank vs 10400mAh Mi Power Bank

Edit: but the answer to your question is no, the new 10000mah model is much smaller than the 10400mah power bank.

    • +1

Nope. I have the 10,400 and mates have the 10,000. This is significantly smaller and lighter and is really tempting me.

  • +3

Bought it the other day for $25.95 with free express. No complaints from me at all.

Particularly when most Chinese stores can't ship them due to Aus customs.

    • +2

Thanks for the feedback Clear, much appreciated!

    • -1

Nothing to do with Australian Customs.

  • Got this from Everbuying for $11.60 a while ago from a deal posted here, it was shipped from China for free and took 2 weeks :)

    • +2

They won't ship here anymore though.

      • Really, they told me they do delivery to Australia. Who to believe ?

        • +4

Australian customs have been rejecting power banks so most postal companies are refusing to ship them.

        • @Clear:

They still ship here, got one sent just last week. You can get this exact power bank for $16.99.

          @koalafied: link please?

        • +1

          @Clear:

How long has this been going on? I bought one a few months ago and still haven't received it. Now wondering whether customs have something to do with that.

        • +1

          @eisniwre:

          http://m.everbuying.net/product918548.html

Make sure the URL has m. at the start so it's on the mobile site, then make a free account and add to cart. At checkout, if you choose free shipping it'll ask if you want a tracking number, just uncheck the box and the total should come to $16.99

        • +1

          @soaringphoenix: Late August.

        • @koalafied: ok will try. is that AUD16.99 at the end? then you should post this as a deal, sounds cheap

        • @eisniwre:

Indeed! Great price and also genuine, they come with a sticker with a serial number on it and you verify the authenticity on the Xiaomi website.

I think these power banks are worth around $30-35 on eBay Australia. Will see if I can find a cheaper one first before posting :p

        • @koalafied: dont forget search on ozb first just incase the old deal still valid but looks not, there are 2 from the same shop from user monty i think but both marked as expired. both has the same price range ie AUD 15-16

  • Any chance of a deal on the 20000? I bought one for $26 USD and several months later it still hasn't shown up.

    • +3

Hey soaringphoenix, Our next xiaomi deal will be guaranteed to be the xiaomi 20000mah power bank!

  • +2

Feel like a fool for buying this for $55 about a month ago!

    • A fool indeed… Lol I guess you didn't want to wait or look around.

      • +1

        I just realised my 10000mAh has USB-C input/output. That's specifically why I bought it.

This one just looks like Micro USB and USB-A. Maybe not such a fool after all?

        • +2

I guess you bought Xiaomi 10000mAh pro.

  • +1

is there anything on the slim ones? (the portable ones i think?)

    • Would you be referring to the pro version?

      • that is the one!

        • +3

Sorry we do not have active deal for this power bank, but we will soon :)

  • +2

Thanks OP, waiting for next weeks deal :)

  • +2

Any deal for the pro ver.?

    • Currently we do not have the pro version on sale

  • My 10 4000mAh Mi power bank purchased last year from Banggood stopped working suddenly after less than six months of very light usage. I'm now a little wary of the quality of the Mi power banks.

    • Did you get a chance to verify the authenticity of the power bank?

      • It was authentic. I even dismantled it and everything checked out.

  • +1

Got one last week for $25.95 from GearDo. Item received within 3 days. :).

    • Thanks for the Feedback!

  • Off topic, but I have two powerbanks, both promotional gifts. One's a small one, and the reasonably well-written instructions warn that the included cable should only be used to charge the powerbank, and not used to charge a device from the powerbank. The other's a larger one (5000mAh), with poorly written instructions that don't warn that its included cable shouldn't be used to charge a device.

Is it a general rule that the included cable should only be used to charge a powerbank, and not a device, or does it differ from powerbank to powerbank?

    • so you think it's best to buy another cable? im about to order one and now im unsure about whether to get another cable or not…..

  • +1

I am trying to buy one but its 29.95?

    • This promotion expired but we currently have the power bank for sale at $24.90 with free express shipping! this is a 24 hour promotion

      • sigh… i just bought it last night for 29.95 :(
