Woolworths will honour all customer gift cards, product warranties, returns and lay‐bys, and the completion of any contracted installation projects such as kitchens, bathrooms and floor coverings. Gift cards can be used at other Woolworths Group stores and at Masters up until closure.

People should be wary that Masters (actually Woolworths) have changed the returns policy for items purchased. You can't take your item back if you "changed your mind" but you're still covered under ACC.

Annoying. You can't check stock at adelaide masters by calling them now, just a recorded message saying to come in to the store. Too bad if you drove for an hour to get something that wasn't in stock :(
You can check via the website. I find it's quite accurate, although I've also found it doesn't show their entire product line

@tdw: Umm on this topic it was working yesterday but I just went to the masters website and there are no products listed and no search function anymore, I wonder if it's temporary or permanent!?
@leTintin: weird. was in a masters store that afternoon and the staff had to use the website to find the product code on a spanner. looks like it's permanent :(

Overheard an employee saying there's an extra 10% off everything Monday and Tuesday this coming week. Not sure how accurate or if it's store or state specific.
Be very careful people. Masters have implemented massive price hikes in order to advertise some of these 'specials'. Do your research before going out there to waste your time.

roll of 48x4m anti-slip tape used to be $11. shelf price is now $12.59.
philips 15w florescent tube was $2.99, now $5.99
and i'm pretty sure the maglite 3d led has almost doubled in price.
but i haven't seen huge price hikes across the board.
Lime stone sealant. Shelf price $173. Scanned at $184. Price was increased at register and onlin then 'discount' 20%. They refused to honor their price on the shelf.

Went to Chullora store and noticed price increase in power tools . Triton 18V Reciprocating Saw is listed for $149 and it's a joke as we all know it's RRP is only $99. Also few months ago it was 40% off so it was around $50 only.
I went to Masters a week ago. Looked at the prices before the so called discount, I felt it was like another Dick Smith old stock firesale. That's what happens when you bring in an outside company to handle the firesales. Price manipulation galore. Having said that, if you know what you are after then I am sure you can get a good deal on some products.
Masters sell this for $152 after discount but you can get this at Supercheap Auto for $95 delivered. Use Woolies SCA gift card to get another 15% off.

Why is it two items im after in there never hardly get reduced outdoor stuff.
Im taking price and stock seen online are same in store as have never bothered going to store until prices on items im after has better discounts.
