  had nothing but problems with 2 dgtec set top boxes
  promised firmware upgrades never eventuated

  I'm unable to comment on the TV but past performance (with glitchy firmware) was poor

  I remember when DGTEC tablets were on sale at DSE. Literally 75% of buyers reported them as breaking within days or DOA.

  DGTEC is a really, really terrible brand.

  You'd be safer buying a 4K tv from Aldi.
