MCG Open Day returns on Sunday October 2 and we want you to help us make one of the biggest yet!
This is a FREE event for everyone to enjoy. For just one day, the people’s ground will open its doors and allow access to areas of the ‘G that are normally off limits to the public, including the famous hallowed turf!

All registrants will go into the draw to win a Melbourne Stars BBL|05 signed team print, and receive an e-voucher to have their photo taken with the 2016 AFL Replica Premiership Cup for only $5 on Open Day. That’s 50% off the normal price for all unregistered patrons who will be charged $10 on the day.
Please note: those who pre-register will not need to bring a physical ticket with them on the day - entry is free and via Gate 2.
OPERATING TIMES
Open Day will run from 11am-4pm, with last access to the hallowed turf at 3.30pm.

-Meet Olympians Catherine Skinner, Josh Dunkley-Smith and Josh Booth, fresh from their medal-winning triumphs in Rio!
-Meet AFL Womens competition stars Bri Davey (Carlton), Mo Hope (Collingwood) and Catherine Phillips (Melbourne).
-Kids can participate in free cricket clinics courtesy of the Melbourne Stars.
-Create your own Grand Final celebration and have your photo taken with the 2016 replica AFL premiership cup (at the reduced cost of $5 per photo if you pre-registered).
-Bask in the glory of the Cricket World Cup and the Women’s Ashes Trophy.
-Don’t miss our Frozen stage shows which will take place throughout the day. You can even take a photo with Elsa, Anna and Olaf!
-Explore the inner sanctum of the MCG, from the player change rooms and cricket viewing rooms to the MCC Library and The Long Room.

MEMBERS DINING ROOM EXPERIENCE
Turn your Open Day visit into a foodie affair, and book an a-la-carte dining experience in the Members Dining Room. Attendees can take a break from exploring the inner sanctum of the ‘G and relax with a delightful lunch in one of Melbourne’s most exclusive venues. Bookings are a must! Located on Level 2 inside Gate 2.
