          @OzBragain: Hi, hope you're well mate :-) I can see your email that was sent yesterday afternoon requesting various different coffee changes from the deal listing.

          I'll try my best to accommodate your request however very sorry but don't have the time to respond to all individual email requests about changing coffees on Ozbargain deals. It takes up too much of my time negotiating changes to make the deal pricing viable.

          If notes are left in Paypal when the order is placed then I will always try to help out if it is roasted or where it is possible but can't guarantee it.

          For standard website pricing/orders we are able to offer that extra bit of service and roast specific small batch roasts to individual requirements or roast profiles. :-)
