I didnt add the machine, it automatically adds itself when you put the code in. I used to work at a branch for ANZ so I might have set the account up as a "business" account if thats an option? I remember setting it up myself to order pods for staff and when i logged in this time i did see ANZ in a drop down box. I say this because in the email it mentioned getting a machine for $1 that you can use at work.

I took advantage of this targeted offer on Wednesday. Received my machine and caps the next day.
Now I have Coffee to last me a long time and can replace my 5 year old Citiz.
FYI I have been actively buying caps for the last year so not ordering doesn't factor into it. I'd probably buy every 2-3months. About 100 caps.
It could be linked to the age of your machine. I read average lifespan of Nespresso machines is 5 years so good timing for me even though my old citiz still going good strong.
The machine also comes with a 16 cap sample pack - 1 cap of each of the grand cruz flavours.
