          @Duff5000: I used to have this stuff in my sangas every day in primary school, then in year seven I stopped and I literally lost about 15 kilos in 6 months and that was all I did differently. So yeah, it might be a bit bad for you.

          @arcticmonkey: Wasn't particularly good to be honest, for reference, I was 55kg in grade 4, and then again I was 55kg in year 12.
