Miele Complete C1 Vacuum Cleaner $199 @ Godfreys

110

This webpage says it's Miele C1 Complete but not sure if it's the right pic/detail because C1 Complete doesn't seem to come in blue. And has anyone shopped at Goodfreys? I need a vacuum cleaner now and this seems a pretty good deal.

  • My vacuum sucks.. wait, it doesn't suck.. I need one that does, or doesn't.. you know what I mean.

Is this a good vacuum? It's about all I want to spend but have been burned by cheapos in the past. Lot of hype around the dysons, worth spending the extra for a V6? Need to factor bag prices into this one I suppose

Just do some googling, Miele seem to be recommended over Dyson

Miele outperform Dyson in choice tests and are cheaper. Bagged cleaners are more efficient and cleaner, remember what doesn't get filtered goes back into the air.

We have ducted which uses a bagless huge canister that we empty twice a year and has an exhaust that goes outside which has the benefits of both, clean inside air and no bag costs.

Dyson are OK but you pay a lot for the fisher price look and marketing.

I went to godfreys afew months ago, was recomended a little orange one to me, cost 70-80 but works great.

    • I'd recommend a Miele my S model is still going strong after 7 years.

      I'd go this one…

Hoover is a Godfrey's brand and not on a par with Miele.

        Then buy two.

  • Just spoke to a store, these are the Chinese made ones, not the German made. Still sounds like a good deal but I'm sure you're picking up what I'm putting down… just as a vacuum should.

    • and yet of their website it claims they are German engineered

    • these are the Chinese made ones

I was ready to buy one, until I read it was Chinese made.

      • Iphone is made in china

  • Are these good cat and dog hair from carpet cleaners?
