      Got the same error when the code was put in automatically with the Cashrewards Chrome plug-in.

      Just cleared and retyped the coupon code and it worked.

      I got same error when cashrewards plugin tried to scan for coupons and auto entered it, if you type it in manually it worked for fine for me

    I put some clearance wine in my cart that should be "Free delivery when you order 2 or more cases" but it adds on a delivery charge anyway. When I last ordered a couple of weeks ago the delivery was free for a similar order.

    How can I fix this?

      Getting the same issue - the delivery charge won't go away even when not using the CashRewards coupon.

      Cellarmasters really need to get their website in order

        I wonder if it's worth paying the delivery charge and then hassling them for a refund afterwards - is this likely to succeed, or just create a headache?

          I was just adding a bunch of cases to my cart and the delivery discount does seem to be working now? Going to restart my order and confirm.

          Don't think contacting them for a refund is worth the headache.

          Edit: it appears the free delivery isn't applying when coming via CashRewards. Not cool!

          @railspider: Eventually figured out that the 'Mcwilliam's Jj Mcwilliam Merlot 2014 x12' product does not work with the free delivery deal, despite being in the clearance section.

          Using 2 others cases does allow for free delivery.

    I'm not a wine drinker but I've just got my cart to $300 and pickup at the end of my street. Plenty of xmas gifts! Spent $150. PayPal too easy.

    Happily put a couple of things in my box, tried to check out, once I went and paid through Paypal then and only then it bounced back telling me one of my items was out of stock. Just gave a code, no idea which item it was. No idea whether the Paypal went through or not. Rubbish site with 90% average overpriced wines.

    Cellarmasters already on my no-go list through aggressive phone sales, this didn't help bring me back into the fold

    EDIT: Also despite about 10 BWS close to me, the closest PARTICIPATING BWS is 90k away

    Is anyone having issues with the checkout? I can't get past choosing delivery or pickup part; none of the elements on the page are working (allowing being clicked). It's derping up in Chrome, IE and iOS…

      I spoke with them and mine wasn't progressing past that point because my free case was out of stock.
      It doesn't actually say that on the site but it worked when I changed my selections.

          I had to remove the 2 cases that I was going to pay for, which removed the free case.
          So in the end I had to choose completely different cases, I only chose my originals for the free case.

          @gumwah:mine was not progressing as well. I only put one case in the cart and updated the case to 2 in the payment page. Went through ok and the free case was there too after the transaction went thru.

          But now i can not see the free case in the order confirmation. Will have to sort out tommorrow

    Tried:

    1. logout and do so as guest.
    2. start dan murphy without cashrewards.com.au

    Neither works. The product I bought are 6-cases of Hoegaarden White Beer + 2 case of Stella Artois Bottle 660mL.

    I start to guess that maybe this deal is only for wine, because beer rarely have a margin of 50%. but this restriction isn't mentioned in the post.
