Just buy the big tub of 2% fat chobani yogurt, its keto friendly. I'm sure you can add keto friendly things to it.

I bought some during the week, they are ok - if you like cinnamon. I wouldn't buy them again, there are other much better flavours. :)
Thanks. Went looking for it at Woolies last Saturday and could not find it. Based on your feedback kind of glad they didn't have any and I bought the regular ones instead.

Don't rate lemon very high, black cherry flavour is better imho.
