    Colgate Pro Clinical

Is that supposed to mean that dentists use these in their clinics ???

    No Band 28? No Deal.

  • I need to replace my failing oral b professional, which about the same price. Does anyone own a pro clinical and care to comment on whether it is good/bad/indifferent?

I have a Colgate C250 Pro Clinical ($29.95 at Shaver Shop). I think the A1500 is a bigger faster version. I find the C250 much better than the Oral B (one of the old spinning head models) I upgraded from. It's not much bigger than a traditional toothbrush, and leaves my teeth feeling very clean. Needs charging about once a fortnight. Heads are more pricey than basic Oral B, around $20-30 for 4 heads, and last around 3 months. My girlfriend (also had an Oral B) tried it, then immediately bought her own C250.

Thanks for info. I'll give the 1500 a go.

  • I own one of the Oral B ones from Coles. Its good for brushing and for getting into those hard to reach places like your wisdom teeth.

Will this toothbrush be better you think? Its still relatively expensive..

  • Its $79. BUY2DAY doesn't work. Update description please..

    • The code worked fine for me.

Sorry its for new accounts. Fixed. Anything for better teeth is worth the money plus good value. Bought one :)

Not bad for $80. Will have shiney teeth in no time! LOL

Makes sense, that should be clarified.

I'm looking to replace both my wife and my old Oral B electric toothbrushes, these look to be a good fit. Does groupon do a shopping cart or do I purchase 2 in separate transactions?

EDIT: I just needed to scroll down in the checkout :)

          @Pobman:

Thanks mate, hoping the upgraded wife version doesn't hurt the bank account as much. :)

  • I own the top-end oral b one (not the one that has Bluetooth but the one with a remote LCD clock thing) as well as this one.

The colgate gives a much better clean - it actually made my teeth look whiter (well, less yellow) the first time I used it.

It buzzes and tickles more than the oral b one though so it may not be for everyone.

  • The price on the website is $79 and promo code option is also disabled and i am a new customer

I don't think this would be really important but I haven't shopped with groupon before so I took a look over their terms of service. With groupon the "merchant" is responsible for supply and complaints regarding the order.

The merchant here is "SOLE TRADING CO. PTY LTD" who just so happened to submit a winding up clause to ASIC back in June 2016. I assume they are dumping the last of their stock which means great price but getting support for any issues will likely be difficult here. The business has not wound up just yet.

I suggest paying with PayPal on this one for buyer protection.

  • I have owned and used this one, the Sonicare Diamondclean, the Sonicare Flexcare+, and the Oral B Pro 5000.

I greatly disliked this one. The Oral B Pro 3000 is about $120 at Myer at the moment and I would recommend that over this one. (you'll likely find it elsewhere for a more competitive price, I only note the price and location as I was just there yesterday)

    • so howbout sonicare vs oral b?

      • I love my Sonicare. The only problem is that for the typical punter, they're not on sale as often, and the replacement heads are NEVER on sale. Even if you were to compare the non-sale price of the heads, the Oral B is cheaper.

I'm fortunate in that I can buy mine from the distributor (I work in the industry), so I can easily buy refills.

As for use, quite a few of us really like the Sonicare over the Oral B, but there are inevitably patients who say the Oral B is better. I feel the Sonicare is better for people who don't like the rotation of the Oral B, as the movement of the Sonicare/Colgate is more natural/less ticklish.

  • Hi OP is this the same as the $99 on ShaverShop eBay ?
