      i also got it BUT IM ANNOYED. i entered it last night and didnt buy anything. then today when i was. it says "Looks like this code isn't ready yet. Please try again later." i press back on my phone, and boom it hit "ORDER AND PAY" i was LIKE WTF JUST HAPPENED. i purchaced $50.40 (uncharted NDC & 3 PS4 Light bar Decals) and well i was pissed. i contacted sellers to cancel the items. hopefully they do because that wasted $50. and now when ever i enter the code it still says it. it expires 31st but wont work.

        i think this is a paypal promotion as they've sent this to my paypal email address instead of ebay… which means the code is not tied to your ebay account (unlike ebay-issued vouchers).

          @kza2610: Paypal is now a separately listed company to eBay, run by the old boss of Amex. I always hate when marketing promos don't reward frequent customers, but only target new or infrequent users - I use paypal on a very regular basis, spend thousands, and got nothing. Guess they figure I already couldn't use paypal more… well maybe I should use it less.

        I'm pretty sure It comes down to if your PayPal is verified and in good standing; Meaning no charge-backs, etc. But again, could be wrong.

    I don't have an ebay account and only just got paypal although I've barely used it.

    My housemate has been using ebay and paypal for years on a regular basis.

    Today I got a $50 voucher for ebay but he didn't get anything. It's obviously aimed at enticing new customers/bringing back old, rather than rewarding loyal customers.

    Thanks for the heads up - I rarely check the email for my secondary paypal account, but it had a $50 voucher code. Would've likely missed it!

    Nothing for my main account though - could have something to do with making a big purchase on the secondary account the other week. I only use my main account for selling on ebay.
