Actually, you're right. Some movies not even good enough to be 'B' grade.

I think The Fall is a solid movie, Lee Pace (Thranduil from LOTR) is excellent.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0460791/It may look like a kids movie, but it's more like Pan's Labyrinth in that it's half child fantasy, half hardcore. Not quite as hardcore as the bottle scene in Pan's labyrinth, but it has its moments. Not suitable for kids (MA15+)
Nothing else stood out.
Not a heck of a lot there, but I have enjoyed Adaptation a few times, and The People vs Larry Flynt was very good, with a suprisingly good turn by Courtney Love. And they're still flogging the awesomely dodgy Aussie horror classic Patrick!
Deep Red is actually pretty amazing for its time and holds up well.
Looking at those titles I'm not sure I'd call it a bargain
