      More to do with your pronation. Forefoot striking is a good sign though, can mean you've got better form. Also depends how much and how far you run. What do you currently run in?

          Running shoes are one of those things - especially if you're running more than 5k at a time - that I don't try and guess with. You're best to find a specialist running shop near you (not Athlete's Foot) to get fitted. Then again, if you haven't had problems previously finding a shoe, you might do alright in a bunch of different models.
          I personally slightly overpronate and forefoot strike, but I can deal with minimal shoes as long as their support is well engineered. I used to have a pair of Frees and they were rubbish, got blisters every time I ran in them.
          Long story short - you might be okay, although I'd consider a model with a little more firmness in the upper heel. Just my two cents.

          Nike Run Club - used to have a range of shoes you can sample for free on their 5km or 10km paced runs. But they are currently on break but meant to be back Nov 14th in Syd, (not sure about Melb and Adelaide). Can't be sure if they will have the sample shoes again - most likely they will as that's part of their brainwashing er, promo. (Also, not sure how dodgy the shoes are after they've already been used. Anyone for bowling?) Still a nice run around the city.

          Yeah I know a lot of people try and flip them no doubt about that. But they are also crazy popular now. I mean stores are doing raffles where you can only get 1 pair and you aren't even guaranteed your size.

          I bought a pair of retro 4's in 2005 (originally released around 1989) months after release. I couldn't imagine doing that now and I wouldn't bother with the nerds that wait in line. My friends had the Air Yeezy's and bought them easily before they were even 'a thing' … paid like $200. Now people are selling em for thousands. I agree people are crazy. I could understand a collector paying for an actual vintage pair from the first release where you wouldn't wear em anyway coz the sole would crumble. But the retro game, no way…you know it's done when pop princesses are singing about having Js on their feet.

          I'm just a bitter 90s kid that had some Js when they were released, I had those Jordan VII Olympics that the guy above posted up in like 92-93 and had the 8's after that! I remember when NBA action was on free to air TV. I was lucky I had all the sneakers that people froth over today because my dad used to bring them back from the states for all of us.

          Anyway back to the topic, there's a pair of 3's you could get but it's a shit colorway.

      Are you looking at the I.D versions? If so they are $300 cos you can customise them change colours, materials etc. Worth it for a one of pair of air max.
