    If you have a debit/credit card that doesn't charge a foreign exchange fee, you are better off paying in USD. Their USD > AUD rates aren't as bad as Paypal's but they aren't the best either.

      Depends on flavour. In terms of protein bars, my personal opinion is Quest is the 2nd best brand. Whereas ONE is the best. But they're pretty good flavours especially pumpkin pie and raspberry with white chocolate. Personal opinion though.

        really like the ONE Lemon Cake and Birthday Cake flavours!
        Was going to to get the choc cake but ended up with Quest blueberry muffin instead
        Quest used to be my fave but they have tweaked the recipe a few times in the last couple years and the used to be awesome flavours ie Cookie Dough were plasticky, tacky and just gross with rank aftertaste. If I had to buy, I get the Cookies n Cream.
        Muscle Pharm Combat Crunch are also great bars for the price - have had just about all the regular flavours and rate them all!

          Muscle Pharm Combat Crunch macros aren't as great, and i'm pretty sure they use a sweetener that's a lot worse I believe. Not 100% sure, but I don't believe it's as good in terms of macros compared to ONE. I love Birthday Cake though. It legitimately tastes like a birthday cake, granted i've never had a birthday cake.

      Highly recommend this flavour, it is bloody awesome! Released in Sept in the US, iHerb have only just got them recently.

      Cookies & Cream is another favourite that I've never heard anyone say a bad thing about.

      Chocolate Peanut Butter is my other favourite.

      Choc Chip Cookie Dough used to be nicer than it is now.

      For me the other "chocolate ones" are just average, since they don't taste like chocolate at all, eg Double Choc and Choc Brownie

      The Bolded ones can usually be found at Coles / Woolies if you want to try just one bar before committing to a box. The Blueberry isn't in Australia yet, as far as I'm aware.

        I agree, tried the blueberry muffin ones recently and they are definitely my favourite. The chocolate ones are a bit rich for my liking, but if you microwave them they go a little crispy and are almost like a cookie :)

      Quest is terrible. Try musclepharm combat crunch - either peanut butter or cookie dough. Tastes like a snickers bar

        No idea why someone would down vote you. Muscle pharm are so much better than quest bars. Try out the cinnamon bun one, it's my fav.

      Used them for years, now switched to Oh Yeah! One bars. Vanilla Birthday Cake is hands down the best bar I've ever had. It even has sprinkles.

      Quest are still a good standard.

          Peanut butter is good too. Choc brownie and choc bday cake is good but boring. I actually more enjoy the texture and the fact it's not as hard as Quest.

    Just a heads up , I made a $200 order from vitacost yesterday with the 20% off vitamins and herbs . Most of the items I ordered were at least 10 - 20% cheaper than iherb in addition to the 20% off.

    I also got some Sublingual GH spray for $22 Minus 20% while iherb and selling it for $36

    Also most things that iherb don't ship to au can be ordered from vitacost.

        First time I use it . Bought it on the basis of positive reviews on iherb and vitacost
