Give it a sec mate, it will pop back. When adding to the cart it does an auto stock check first. With the spike in traffic, this is slowing the process down a bit.

It should. Cities Skyline however, is pretty CPU heavy due to the large number of calculations and when your builds / cities are complex, expect some slow-downs.
Yes, but the game eats RAM if you use any custom buildings from the Steam Workshop. If you stick to the vanilla game it should be OK.

Yes. It's amazing and endlessly customisable. Learning curve is pretty low. If you've played the old Simcities you will feel at home.

Nope. Just comes with a could DLC that is barely worth it from what I hear.

Still a bargain IMO. great game.
Check out Traffic Manager: President Edition, Rush Hour, and Realistic Population and Consumption Mod for some great additions to the vanilla game. There is also a mod to unlock all 81 map tiles, this is awesome.
Have over 200 hours now, and still suck. Fun though.
I get the feeling a Cities Skylines Complete Edition is in the wind - that will include all DLC.
At less than $5 though this is a great bargain.
Wow OP your web site is very slow. If this key is ANZ only, you should put that in the listing IMHO.
Also your password requirements - special characters, upper + lower case letters and numerals - are a little over the top. I am going to struggle to remember my password, hopefully Google saves it…

Slow - yeah we might need a bigger boat. Once this calms down we will look at investing in some more server power - and do a complete overhaul of plug-ins.
Password requirements - we (and all legit resellers) are under close scrutiny for fraud prevention. Currently a necessary evil.

Anybody visiting your web site would see you are an Australian seller, but they wouldn't know what, if any, regional restrictions applied to your key.
I would have thought it would be better for everyone if you had prominently displayed on the pages for every key you sell what regional restrictions, if any, apply to that particular key.
You are gonna have issues with Reddit buyers today for example that could have been avoided if you had already done this.
For example -
