TID Travel Insurance Direct 10% Off

170
TID4U

Seems like plenty of OzBargainers will be chasing the horizon soon, why not add some peace of mind?
Yes, I'm talking travel insurance. Not just for when you are travelling, but for any hiccups or cancellations that may happen beforehand.

Deal is 10% off your quote.

Travel Insurance Direct seems to be one of the most popular insurers here at OzB. That being said, all travellers are different so do your research and make sure it's right for you.

Credit to jobler for 10% off

Going for Cruise to South Pacific this December .. Is this better of Southern Cross Travel Insurance..?

  • Any ideas on expiry? My current TID policy is up for renewal next month but I can purchase in about 2 weeks.

  • Just saved me $49… Thank you jobler! Used today 14/11 - no problems.

  • anyone got any comments on how this compares with cover more? always done well with them but this looks much cheaper

    • Have used them 4 times inc this booking made yesterday. One trip did not eventuate ( wife became pregnant & hospitalized 3 times in lead up to trip ). Airfare & accom was paid in full ( some $3000 from memory ) & after making a claim & providing hospital admission forms & GP paperwork, I was issued a full refund with no questions asked. Claim process was as good as it gets and $$ were in my account within 14days. Recommend from my experience.

  • thanks OP, saved me $29!

  • Does anyone know if these coupons codes work in conjunction with Cashrewards cashback (currently 4.80%)?

  • I have gotten all the way to the payment page and there is no spot to put the discount code. Can anyone help? I dont want to click buy now without entering in the discount code.

    • Hey, did you find out how to enter the discount code? I can't find it anywhere either. thanks

      • They r saying it is under the section where you can tailor the policy but I can't find it still

        • Another way to do is to sign in and go through the whole quote, then close the page. I kept browsing the internet and their ad popped up with 10℅ off anyway. Haha. So I clicked on it and bought the policy. Hope this helps.

I saw the coupon section in the customising page, then I closed the page and went back in and it wouldn't show anymore.
Had to open incognito mode to make it come back up again.
