        except that there's only 3-4 world at war servers in a reasonable ping range left in australia…most have shutdown..

        COD4 is still going strong though.

    Hmmm, I'm contemplating picking up CSS but am worried about 2 things:

      1. Heaps of new players at the moment, don't let them get to you.

      2. There will be a quadtrillion cheaters at the moment with the price of css, will slow down a bit once it goes back up to the normal price. Also most cheaters aren't "rage" cheaters, meaning the aimbot/speedhack everywhere, they tend to try and hide it. It still makes it unfair, however doesn't really ruin the public server players game.

        I was contemplating getting this, but couldn't find any of the $2 game cards :(
        and the $12 game is sold out online so no dice there either.

        I'm guessing there's probably a reason why they went so quickly :p

        Anyone know of any stores that might be in stock? Have checked Southland and Oakleigh in Victoria.

          Both the GAME stores I checked yesterday, oh two days ago now. Lol just hit 12 am.
          Both Chatswood and Macquarie had it in stock in NSW.

          They also have Warhammer online for $4 since you seem to be in that kind of thing(pay per monthly MMO games, that is).

          And if you go to any store, you can have them call up another store to check whether they had stock. That's how I reserved a game.

            I've just seen videos of the game and really wouldn't mind trying it..but there's no trial, so getting it cheap is the only other option.

            Yeah I saw WAR but I've already got the Trial for that :p

            If anyone sees one, I'd gladly pay you a bit extra just to get the key emailed!

            Meh, don't really want to go driving across the world just to find one. I think I can survive…maybe

    because they have the new transformers game, and australia doesn't, and I had a look at bioshock 2, and it's currently $15US instead of the $30US we're paying.

    I haven't bought it though.

      Yeah if things haven't changed you can buy games from the US store if you pay via visa or mastercard.
      Just put "?cc=x" where x can be "US", "UK" or "AU".

      You need to use a proxy and also select US as your country(which people are worried about).
      But I've heard that the worst that could possibly happen was a decline.
      Nothing more but don't quote me on it!

      I got L4D2 uncensored this way.
