      It's not perfect but you can choose amazon as a seller and check "AmazonGlobal Eligible".

      Don't forget to choose English by clicking on the globe logo near your account.

    Thanks jutsu. It worked OK with my already registered 28 degrees MasterCard. Using Google Translate to English it said:

    Thank you for using MasterCard primary form of payment on Amazon.de. Your account has been credited with 10 EUR and will be deducted from the price on your next purchase.

    Further down the Thankyou page it says:

    I just tested the voucher and it works on items less than €10. However, the voucher amount will only equal to the amount the item is worth. For example, if an item costs €4.17 the voucher amount will be €4.17 (i.e you only have to pay for shipping).

      Yep, it seems like this offer was sponsored by mastercard. Unlike us, Europeans often use a VISA card so they needed to wait a few days to get their new mastercards…
      But for those who managed to get a voucher, the 10E off is still in our account !
