What is the difference between this 10w-30 and the 5W-30 (beside the 5 viscosity difference)

Any idea how this compares to Nulon Hi-Tech Fast Flowing? I realise this is full synthetic vs semi-synthetic so I guess what I'm really asking is what real world difference there is.

I am using the Nulon at the moment and I have noticed a measurable improvement in fuel economy.
