    I found interesting fact on applying some coupon which is happen to me on the Raspberry pi and Zanflare F1 LED Flashlight, somehow after the coupon applied, the price jump by $10 USD so I think there is a bug in the checking system where it is adding $10 not set the price to $10.
    Anyway I canceled all those assume it was out of stock.

    Pls dont hurry for payment，make sure all amount are correctly then pay,when I check some codes,they show as some are unpaid,so no need hurry up to pay for taking this deal,
    once you applied at the right time with stock,you have sufficient 30 minutes to decide pay or not.

    I urge Moderators to reconsider the ban and remove remaining items until money is refunded to oz bargainers. People need to be made aware that this is not what it seems and there is a very real risk of being left out of pocket. I have paypal screenshot confirming reduced price but full price was deducted from bank account. It seems paypal is handing GB token saying "ok" then GB change the final price charged.

    I've ordered over 3k of stuff from gear best over the last 2 years. They are awesome and never had an issue.
    They are my GOTO for electronics etc.
    They have really tried to offer some great deals. I managed to get a $10 tv box.
    It clearly states to check the PayPal balance before purchasing.
    That I'm sure people missed.
    I'm sure everyone will get refunded. It's almost impossible to stop this stuff from happening.
    If your freaking out over a miss charge of $300 for a few hours, at most a day to get a refund, then you shouldn't be on this site.

    Once bitten, twice shy, thrice F*** my ***. I've always thought that the ozb mods were more wiser than to give these guys a third chance back at this site. I don't really blame gearbust for this (they already have a bad track record and are clearly keeping up the good work), but more on the mods for letting these guys back onto this site. It was pretty clear that this was super shifty and clearly would go wrong somewhere, and here we are, with a wreck and many casualties. I can say with some certainty that something shady happened between the mods and gearbust.

      The casualties are people who don't want to wait for a refund? Yes it could have been handled better by GearBest, but I think the Mods have done a good job managing the response. Could just cancel the deal but then people would complain about that, there's just no pleasing everyone.

    Had flashlight in cart for $10, went though with paypal at $13 and when it confirmed order back on gearbest price went back up to $53. It should hold the price once you have pressed pay.

    Tried all night, finally I had absolutely perfect timing, go through paypal when it's at the $13 price and confirm it. Takes me back to the Gearbest page to enter a phone number or some shit which I have already entered when I created my account, and when I made a purchase, and then the price is back up to $277 after I already confirmed the payment with paypal. I was giving the benefit of the doubt but what an absolute load of shit.

This means once you have the item in the cart and successfully applied the coupon code, click Proceed to Checkout and then click Place your Order. Now go to the My Orders page and check if you were fast enough to beat the crowd. If not, cancel the order. If yes, continue to pay. That's how I got the flashlight.

    I used the code on one of the items right on time, and it got me into Paypal, then I continued and now i'm at the PayPal confirm page. I went away for 15 minutes with it at the confirm button, Just wondering if I can find out if I got it before I actually continue. Is it the first to actually get it in the checkout, or pay for it. Because if I refresh the page, it still says the $13.37 price. Just wondering if this is what people have been complaining about. I'm pretty sure I attempted to get something earlier today but felt like I missed out, so I reloaded the page, and it gave me the non discounted price.

    By the way, this was for the Blackview R7 4G Phablet. I'm feeling unlikely. But just wanted to make sure

        Proceed to Checkout and then Place Order. Don't proceed with PayPal, it's too slow, and you might get charged the wrong amount.
        Once you hit that Place Order button, you'll know whether or not you got the coupon. You can then go to your orders page to pay with PayPal if you got the low price, or cancel if you did not. No need to contact support this way.
        I've done this with every item that I've been interested in thus far, looks like it's the easiest way to avoid accidentally paying the full price. Hope this helps!

I went for the RPi, learnt from my mistakes then got both the earphones and MicroSD. I tried a couple of phones when I wasn't very into the other stuff and no go. I don't think I have the reflexes for the big stuff though. Also very slow connection, according to speedtest.net 4.05Mbps download speed. Thankfully NBN is due to be connected here in about 3 weeks. Only FTTN, but it's gotta be heaps better than this.
