    any tips on keeping 2kg of coffee fresh for 2 months (probably how long I'd take to finish going at 2 coffees a day).

      Small quantities in ziplock bags, stored in freezer. Bring individual bag to room temperature when needed (keep the bag sealed until coffee has reached room temp to prevent condensation).
