  I have the Pentax Mount Sigma 70-300 lens…absolutely brilliant value at this price point. IIRC I paid $140 for mine and I am super stoked with the results…now at $119 it's all win! :)

    Is it still worth getting even if I already have the budget Canon 55-250 that came with my camera 7 or so years ago?

        I should mention that the 55-250 is the crop sensor, whereas this 70-300 is full-frame, so they're quite different.

        Are you using yours with a crop sensor? What are your typical uses for it?

        Yes, it's still as good as new but not as sharp as the 17-55, which is the other lens that came with my Canon body.

  Are these bags good just as a general backpack? Although I am a media student I often use my bag to carry groceries so i'm just curious if this kind of bag would be appropriate for generalist purposes.
