After looking at all the good deals in the last couple of days on the gtx 1080 i decided to have a look at ebay. Seems like Futu online dropped the price of this card today and now its $796 shipped + around $10 cashback from cashrewards so totally not a bad price almost same with overseas stock.

EDIT: After i bought this card i realised this card is FTW DT! According to EVGA Product manager this card is exactly same with FTW except the clock speed. Check this link; http://forums.evga.com/1080-FTW-DT-m2506026.aspx

  To be clear, the DT cards are fitted with the larger FTW ACX Cooler, but failed to meet the QC standards for the higher factory overclock (at stock voltage etc.) that they'd expect for FTW cards. Some people can OC these things fine with a little more voltage, but thought it would be worth pointing out :)

    My 1070 FTW DT boosts to 1950Mhz~ stock without issues and runs 2100Mhz OC'd fine.

    Should also have the thermal pads installed stock but cant guarantee it.

      How is your temps when overclocking to 2100?

        Seem fine, hovers around 68-70c in a well ventilated case.

    Well I'm cancelling my Gigabyte G1 I bought today from SE and waiting for a 1080TI

    GTX970 is fine until June 2017

    From researching more a GTX1080 can't even hit 144fps on 1440p and it averages 40-60fps @ 4K… I'm still without a 27" 144Hz IPS GSync panel without QC issues an 34" IPS Gsync is way overpriced

    All the cool stuff is next year

  I just received my card today and it seems like its overclocking less than the normal FTW but only by minimal speed. Normal FTW seems to clock around 2080-2100 MAX. The card i received today is clocking up to 2050 before crashing. Not sure why but the card is running hotter than what im expecting but seems to be normal as its a hot day here in Wollongong :P So far 83c max on default fan setup, 75c %100 load on 4k. Hope this will help anyone considering the FTW DT. What i noticed is the box and the car is printed with FTW and seems to be DT is later add on the box and card(Small plastic sticker was add on the box saying DT).
