If you go to Google Play Movies, there is a banner for "Cyber Week - Half off any movie to own". Must be redeemed by November 29 2016.

If you don't see the banner, try to use the code CYBERDEALMOVIES2016 (thanks theZohan)

I have tried this on two accounts which have an account balance (able to purchase) and they had the banner. I have not been able to see this offer on a third account so it may be targeted.

You can use these on movie collections ("Buy the Bundle and Save"), and get a lot of discount.

    You can get The Hateful Eight for $3 outright if you're struggling to make a choice. Cheaper than renting it!

      I have added the code, but it does not work on one of my accounts (says "account isn't eligible"), but then again that account has no balance nor a payment method so that may be why. Where did you get that code from?

        I used the banner initially, which automatically inserted that code for me in the "redeem" section of my account.

        Then tried the code directly in account #2 and worked no probs.

          Interesting. I clicked on it in the Play Store on my mobile, so I did not get to see any code.

          @Make it so: try and redeem it a second time in the same account. It'll say you've already redeemed it but it will show you the code you've redeemed.

          FWIW it worked for my third account too which i hardly use, has no payment method etc.

        Ended up getting this which worked out a bargain at $69.99 for 25 x DC Universe HD Animated Movies!!

    cant use it on my account…which has 200 in credit been buying almost 50 movies…Guess they hate me. I do have a banner where movies from 5.99.

    I tried to enter it into the "Redeem" field for the complete series of Avatar The Last Airbender, but it said it wasn't valid for it, so I guess it's movies only, not TV shows.

        It accepted it for the Fast and Furious collection though, so I think it's just that Avatar The Last Airbender is a TV show, not a movie.
