  • how do you get the extra 10% for new customer? I registered and nothign was sent to my email. cheers

    • Hmm I think they are implying you use the 10% from new customer referral link, and then add the 10% off from this promo, I thought it would add the 10% new customer discount automatically by the wording.

Easy fix. Just click 'random' underneath the post and then go to your cart and you'll see 'Save 10 % - First-time customers only' added. Then you can add the GREENFRIDAY code for another 10% off.

  • The code "GREENFRIDAY" does not work, when check out. You have entered an invalid promo code
My total is over $43 , which discount already with loyalty credit.
    Please help

      Total is over US$40? That's about AU$52.

  • I will add more items and try it again. Thank you

    • I just read it on the website it's about $55 AU

  • I am new to iherb; sorry if these are noob questions.

    • If I create an account by clicking on the referral link, does this trigger the 10% new customer discount?

    • Are they like Amazon, where you can choose to pay using AUD or USD?

    Thanks in advance.

      No probs:

If I create an account by clicking on the referral link, does this trigger the 10% new customer discount?

Yes it should, in your cart you'll see a 6 digit code with 'Save 10 % - First-time customers only'. If it's not there just click random again and then click on your cart and you'll see it there as mentioned in the previous comment.

Are they like Amazon, where you can choose to pay using AUD or USD?

There is a small saving by paying in USD, nothing like Amazon.

For example 24pk of Muscle Pharm Bars for existing customers comes up as US $40.78 which using MasterCard rates equates to AU $55.06. On the other hand paying in AUD on iHerb comes up AU $55.86. So you may as well pay in USD if you have a credit card that doesnt charge foreign transaction fee and it's convenient as you'll save about 1.4%, otherwise just paying in AUD on iHerb. For those collecting reward points on credit cards it might not be worth giving up the reward points in exchange for saving 1.4% using a 28 degrees or similar.

      • Thanks. Appreciate the detailed reply.

  • Hi i just tried the promo code and it's telling me it's invalid. I have about $112AUD in my cart

    • Did a test now and it was okay:

GREENFRIDAY - Green Friday Special! Extra 10% Discount (GREENFRIDAY) Discount has been applied to item

Are you logged in? GREENFRIDAY all in capitals?

If still no good, PM me a screenshot if you like and I'll see if I can spot anything that might be causing it.

      • I will log in and let you know if it works!

  • I know this sounds sad, but I am kinda looking forward to my bamboo pen.

Also FYI - no 10% off the $0.10 bamboo pen…booooo

    • Haha. Yeah it won't stack on existing offers :p

      • I read somewhere on this forum sombody tried to stack cash rewards with a usb thingy which only cost $0.19 giving him a saving of 0.00001 or something. That was pretty funny

Yeah you can get into the habit of doing cashback on everything without thinking, even when the cashback will be 0 because it's below 1 cent :)

@hamza23: I personally couldn't be arsed seems like way too much trouble, and lots of people complain that they dont get it anyway and have to hassle for their money.
