    Shipping

"We charge a flat rate of $10 per single item for shipping add $2 for shipping, on each additional item."

Also just something to note -

    Returns & Replacements

"ClearIT Onlines standard refund and return policies are as follows:

Due to the fact that our stock is not current season and is heavily reduced thus being SALE stock, returns and exchanges are not accepted simply if you have changed your mind.

However if the item/s you purchase are faulty, damaged, incorrect or do not meet your expectations a partial refund (minus PayPal fees) will be offered within 14 days of purchase.

All refunds will be proceesed and refunded via the PayPal account or credit card they were purchased with.

Product must be unused and unworn in their original condition with all tags attached."

I would think only giving a partial refund minus Paypal fees for faulty, damaged or incorrect stock would be illegal!? If I bought from them, which I don't intend to, I would make sure it was fully going onto my CC via Paypal and if I had a problem then to go to the CC company.

  • I've shopped at this shop (not online) before. Its messy and disorganised but great bargains on quite a few brands including lots of alannah hill (and sometimes they have the same stock as in current stores at a significant discount). You do have to look the items over as they may sometimes be damaged….its like a disorganised warehouse with everything cramped together. I'm not sure how online would work cos you often find yourself digging through buckets of clothes etc. to find stuff.
