DeLonghi Nespresso Lattissima Plus EN521R $199 (after $70 Cashback) @ The Good Guys

210

Saw this pop up on a TV advert a few minutes ago (part of the Black Friday promotion) - website confirms the deal, including the $70 cash back, and appears to be the cheapest price to date ($10 less than most recent deal).

Delivery will be extra but there looks to be plenty in stock, at least around the metro Brisbane area.

This is part of Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals for 2016

I've had the machine for a couple of years and am quite happy with it. Things to note are coffee comes out hot but may not quite be hot enough for everyone. Also, lowest foam setting is still a lot of foam. If you don't mind those two things this is a great machine.

    • Have to agree, always used friends' machines and been very happy with the coffee it produces, even off brand capsules.

About how long does it take to heat up from a cold start?

It's pretty quick. I think it says 40 secs in the instructions.

  • Don't trust the photo it couldn't made the milk like that :p

    May be this one can

This is a crazy price! Get HVN to pricematch and add say $30 HVN gift card and you get another $100 off with AMEX.. $99 is cheaper than even a full priced Inissia!!

    • Explain? I don't quite follow.

For those AMEX holders who saved the Harvey Norman offer of spend $300 get $100 back onto their AMEX cards (registration of this offer has reached maximum), they can try to pricematch this deal and then take advantage of the AMEX offer.

No Amex for me, but I like your thinking!

Hope someone out there can get one for the price you worked out!

@Sir Casm: Yeah all the best for all the ozbargainers! I got mine for $193 last year and I was already ecstatic.. Definitely would have rushed out to Harvey Norman if I haven't got a Nespresso machine yet!

    • umm….what do u mean by the $30 gift card?

      • +1

If you can pricematch @ Harvey Norman, then this machine would be $269, and to qualify for the AMEX statement credit, you will need to add something to make it to $300, hence my suggestion of adding $30 Harvey Norman gift card to the order (plus something small, or get a $31 gift card).

        • got it!

  • would JB HiFi match the price on this thing I wonder

    • Nothing's guaranteed with pricematching, just try.

    • I remember when JB Hifi were known for selling Hifis… Remember those things?

      • i bought all my tapes to play on my hifi in Brashes

or you not that old haha

        • I do remember them, yeah. Back then they still sold vinyl. Only lucky people had CDs.

We just recorded the CDs onto cassette tape. Walkmans were big and bulky. Hard to believe people carried them around but they were popular.
