  • Great price. How does this compare to the Xiaomi Mi Band 2?

    • -2

      Has a screen, no hr

      • Xiaomi Mi Band 2 has a screen.

    • Xiaomi band 2 has heart rate monitor as well. So pretty useful taken quality is decent as that cost less than half compared to fitbit. Hope anyone owns this and can comment on its quality and do comparision.

  • Great, Bravo, Jordar…Thanks heaps

  • Got one.. Thanks OP.. for one moment after I places an order stumbled on "Large" words — thought that they may come in various sizes and brought the big one( small hand).. OP may be better to highlight about size..

No I mean in terms on typing "ebay.com.au" and "officeworks" to get to the page :)

  • Wait… Seems sold out on the eBay page. Not showing up

  • I think they killed it.. store pickups are gone now too

  • Still can get if for 98 on Officeworks, I am guessing they didn't mean to have it on the Ebay with the 10% so pulled stock from there… great price anyway.. and same day delivery is impressive for Australia.. good to see a local retailer stepping up the game

  • Thanks OP. Lost mine the other day. Got them when they were $149 at the shops before the prices all jacked up.

    • Do they have the crappy style of strap lock or what ever it called.

I like my surge with the proper strap latch it works and have never had it fall off.

      • They have the one where you have to push down to click it on.

It's usually pretty solid, but then again, I lost mine because of it.

        • Yeah. My friend has the older fitbit and has that system of locking and when he has a long sleeve shirt and pulls the sleeves up sometimes the sleeves catch and pull it clean off.

The concept behind it sounds good but i dont trust it.

  • I love it! I switched from a Jawbone Up3. it does this cool thing where it vibrates if you have been lazy and not done 250 steps in the last hour. Great idea for office workers!

  • got 2.. thanks..

  • Missed out on eBay stock but got them for $98 😁.

Remember buying my original flex 2yrs ago for the same price

  • Got a Black small and Black Large from eBay. Additional 10% off mwahaha.
    Thanks Ozb!

    • do you mind sharing the eBay product link for Black ?
      having trouble to find it

EDIT: Never mind, got the link from other post.

  • Wondering if we'd be able to price match/beat it with other retailers?

    • Tried with JB and they refused said it was well below their cost…

  • Tried price matching with Hardly Normal and they refused on the basis of limited stock availability…what bollocks!

  • eBay out of stock, no more extra %10

  • Does any one interested to swap small for large — I've got the large size fitbit alta.

  • Just got one for my wife Instore
    Cheers OP

    Price matched @ Rebel sports + 10% price beat guarantee = $88.2

Stack it with the Amex Rebel sports offer (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/274630) - spend $100 get $20 credit (buy a $12 gift card to make up the sum) ~ $68 for the fitbit.

    Happy ozbargain guys!

    • Where are their price match terms? Good deal if you can get it but do not want to argue with a millennial over it :) > https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/190165

      • I have read this post prior to asking them but I thought I tried my luck anyway and I got it. Agree I wouldn't argue with them :) This is more if you want to use your Amex Rebel offer. 10% price beat guarantee was just bonus. I thought I would share my experience here :)

The staff at Rebel was willing to price match but not price beat 10% as it's not in their policy (only NZ)- but I didn't buy in the end as it lacks the heart rate monitor feature…

      • heart rate monitors on all these 'cheap' activity trackers/watches are all crap and not reliable anyways …

      • Thanks for the update but good to know you can get them to price match as well. If you still have the Amex Rebel offer this where you want to buy it :)

  • Thanks for the deal! Able to purchase one near me, however, forgot to put in code for ebay promotion as too much rushing involved. Can anyone help me how to hopefully reverse it? By the way, payed item through paypal. Cheers!

  • Looks like Harvey Norman has come to the party…Advertised for $97 now. http://www.harveynorman.com.au/fitbit-alta-fitness-tracker-t…

  • I take back my previous comment about being impressed with their same day delivery.. nothing had come by 5pm so I called to be told it's on backorder and they need to find out when they will have stock…

    • I got mine delivered before 5pm. Very impressed

      • Interesting.. looks like you are in Sydney too like me.

        • Yes, in Sydney and within 1km of an officeworks

  • I've just seen target are doing them for $99 too (in the next catalogue)

  • Rebel price matched this (plus added the AMEX offer of $20 off). Sweet deal.

  • Bought 4 from HarveyNorman (with the Amex offer) and 1 from Rebel (with Amex offer) :-) Will be going overseas soon and will be able to claim TRS from the HarveyNorman receipt :-) In average each cost about $70 :-)
